A. Forum and Chat Rules
A1. General Our admins and moderators have all rights to delete, edit and move topics/posts to where they think it belongs. If you have problems with a moderator or admin contact the main admin (Devil) and don't post it somewhere else. Bans will be taken away when a moderator or admin wants it. Don't message us about this, we will do it when we want it. Not earlier.

A2. Spam and Harassment We don't want spam or flaming on our forums. Specially not the forums for members. Making of spam or flaming posts will result in a ban or warning.

A3. Language Only english is allowed in the forums. Only in the forums that's counted as dutch language can people speak dutch. Posts in other languages may get deleted without a warning.



B. Ventrilo Rules
B1. General Admins and moderators have the right to remove you from a channel or server. If you got any problems with an admin contact the main admin (Devil). Admins will take away bans when they want it, don't message us about this.

B2. non-stop sound and screeming Screeming isn't allowed on the ventrilo channels. Just like non-stop playing disturbing sounds. You can solve this by using the push-to-talk option in ventrilo. Admins won't ban you right away for this, they still have the right to warn you.

B3. Language Mostly the default language on our ventrilo server is dutch. When you want to talk with us and you don't understand dutch, explain in english and we will switch to english talk. If a member still talks other languages than english by than, we have the right to remove him/her from the channel.

B4. Channels Mostly we will use the default channel. We have the right to ask people to move to another channel because of distubing talking (for ex. about other games). An admin has the right to move you to another channel manually.



C. mIRC Rules
C1. General Admins have the right to kick or ban you from a channel. a decision won't be taken back. We will remove bans when we want to do it, no need to send messages about that. If you got problems with an admin, contact the main admin (Devil).

C2. Language The default language is english in our channel. Other languages are possible when nobody has problems with it. If someone complains about the language, switch to english. If not, an admin has the right to remove you from the channel.

C3. Spam and Harrasment We don't want spam either harrasment in our channel. An admin has the right to remove you when you spam or flame people. It can result in a warning, kick or ban.

C4. Hacking Our members channels are password protected. When you hack these channels it will result in an immediate ban. When keep hacking our channel, we will contact a quakenet admin who will handle the case further.

C5. Password We will NEVER ask you for a password of a channel. The password is posted ingame in the forums. When you can't find it, mail the leader ingame. He can give you the password for the channel you want to get in.



D. FTP Rules
D1. Content We are not responsible for what our members post on the FTP-Server. If you got problems with something posted on the FTP, contact the main admin (Devil) and he will look into the problem. It's forbidden to post any sexual, insulting or illegal material. These kind of files can get deleted without a warning. Going to far can result in a removal of your account either an IP ban.

D2. Bandwidth The bandwidth of our FTP is limited to 50kb/s. We won't higher this. If you still need more bandwidth because you want to download something very big. Contact the main admin so you can talk about a date and time when the limit is highered. After this, the limit will get back to 50kb/s again. Admins have the right to increase or decrease the bandwidth of FTP and Webserver.



E. Other Rules
E1. Hacking Any attempt of hacking will result in an immediate IP ban. Also, the hack attempt will be passed to our ISP, who will handle the case further.

E2. Password We will NEVER ask you a password by mail or chat. Any attempts to get the password from you should be passed to an admin and will result in an IP ban.

E3. Admin rights Admins have the right to look into log files for invesigation. FTP, Webserver, mIRC and ventrilo all get logged. Admins can base a ban on there logs. Wrong logins will get logged and to many wrong logins can lead to investigation of the case, it can result in a warning or ban. We are not responsible for what is posted on the forums, mIRC or chat. Neverless any links to illegal meterial will get deleted. We are not responsible for links to illegal material on MIRC or ventrilo.
